Computer Operator / Customer Services Representative

Lahore, Pakistan

Hard working and dedicated person required for the job of Computer Operator / Customer Services Representative in the Building Control Department of Lahore Smart City. The person should have good communication skills. Working knowledge of MS Office specially MS Word and MS Excel is mandatory. Experience of additional software would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor computer systems and software.
  • Efficiently handle client queries on phone and in person.
  • Manage data and reports using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Maintain system logs and records.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic technical knowledge of computer systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Intermediate (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • MS Office (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
