Kaizen Partners is seeking a Process Coordinator to oversee and streamline internal workflows across departments. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring all assigned tasks and ongoing projects are executed efficiently, completed on schedule, and properly tracked. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and has strong coordination and follow-up skills.

The Process Coordinator will act as a bridge between teams and the Managing Director, ensuring that processes are implemented effectively, bottlenecks are identified early, and corrective actions are promptly taken.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Task Coordination & Follow-up:

Regularly follow up with team members and ensure all assigned deliverables are completed within the defined timelines.

  • Process Monitoring:

Track and monitor progress of internal systems, checklists, and processes developed during organizational workshops or discussions.

  • Escalation Management:

Identify any delays, inefficiencies, or issues in task execution and escalate them to the Managing Director for timely intervention and resolution.

  • Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of task statuses and process developments using Microsoft Excel or other reporting tools.

  • Cross-Departmental Coordination:

Collaborate and communicate effectively with multiple departments to ensure seamless coordination, accountability, and process alignment.

  • Operational Support:

Assist in implementing and refining standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance the organization’s operational efficiency.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Experience: Fresher or 1–2 years of relevant experience in a coordination, operations, or administrative role.
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred background in Business Administration, Commerce, or similar field).
  • Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, reporting, and analysis).

o Familiarity with task management tools or basic project tracking systems is an added advantage.

  • Soft Skills:

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Strong follow-up, time management, and organizational abilities.

o Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

  • Other Requirements:

o Female candidates preferred.

o Should reside within 45 minutes commuting distance from the office location.

o Self-motivated with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and skill set).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
