Job Title: Computer Operator (Excel & GPS Monitoring)

Location: HO / Plants

Department: Operations / Plant Management

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor GPS systems for all company vehicles across RMC and Asphalt plants.

Track diesel consumption and fuel usage through diesel tracking systems.

Analyze vehicle movement, fuel efficiency, idle time, and route optimization.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports using Excel.

Identify discrepancies, misuse, or operational inefficiencies.

Support management by highlighting profit and loss trends.

Maintain accurate data records and documentation in MS Word and Excel.

Coordinate with plant managers and transport teams for corrective actions.

Ensure proper data backup and reporting compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Analysis).

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word.

Basic understanding of GPS tracking systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to generate structured reports and dashboards.

Proactive mindset with attention to detail.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in construction, RMC, asphalt, or plant operations industry.

Knowledge of fuel monitoring systems.

Understanding of cost control and operational efficiency metrics.
