About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Recovery & Board-Level Repair Specialist to join our expert technical team. This is a board-level position for a master technician capable of handling complex hardware failures, firmware corruption, and logical issues across a wide range of digital storage devices (iPhone, Mac & PC, Samsung).

Key ResponsibilitiesBoard-Level Repair & Micro-Soldering

• Perform expert-level logic board repairs and microsoldering (no training provided).
• Diagnose and repair Mac, PC, and cellphone boards with speed and precision.
• Use DC power supply, multimeter, and schematics for diagnostics.
• Identify and repair shorts or faulty components without unnecessary delays.
• Skilled in chip reballing, component replacement, and advanced microsoldering.
• Proficient in NAND chip data recovery for MacBooks; experienced with iSocket tools.
• Must deliver fast, precise, and damage-free board repair work.

Content Creation

• Participate in creating professional repair videos with our in-house media team.
• Demonstrate board repairs, diagnostics, and advanced techniques in our studio.

Advanced Diagnostics & Data Recovery

• Diagnose failed HDDs, SSDs, RAID arrays, and mobile devices.
• Perform clean room operations (head/platter swaps, spindle motor repairs).
• Execute SSD & flash recovery (chip-off, NAND error correction, reconstruction).
• Repair firmware corruption using PC-3000 (HDD, SSD, and Flash).
• Recover data from secured, encrypted, or physically damaged smartphones and tablets using ISP, JTAG, and chip-off methods.
• Handle logical recoveries (corrupted file systems, formatted drives, failed RAID/NAS/SAN).

Research & Development

• Stay ahead of emerging storage technologies.
• Develop and test new recovery methods to meet evolving challenges.

You will work in our fully equipped repair studio, featuring:

• Multimeter & DC power supply
• Hakko soldering station
• AmScope microscope
• ZXW schematics software
• Hot air rework station
• Oscilloscope
• iSocket for NAND/board recovery
• Class 100 clean room for HDD recovery
• Professional video setup for repair content

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of professional, hands-on data recovery.
• PC-3000 Mastery: Expert-level skills with PC-3000 Express/UDMA, PC-3000 Flash, and PC-3000 SSD.
• Clean Room Expertise: Proven track record with complex HDD mechanical recoveries.
• Hardware Proficiency: Exceptional board-level repair and microsoldering expertise.
• Device Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HDD, SSD (NAND architecture & controllers), and mobile storage.
• Versatility: Capable of recovering data from PCs, Macs, servers, smartphones, and tablets.
• Security Skills: Ability to perform advanced unlocking/access procedures on encrypted devices.
• File Systems: Deep knowledge of NTFS, HFS+, APFS, EXT4, and related data structures.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
