Assisting students in troubleshooting technical issues and providing guidance on using computer software and hardware effectively.

Keeping up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and educational trends in computer science to provide relevant and accurate information to students.

Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring students' safety, and addressing discipline issues as needed.
