Computer Specialist

Provide technical support for computers, printers, mobile devices, and network systems

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications

Assist with account setup, system access, and password resets

Perform routine updates, patches, backups, and system maintenance

Document service requests, solutions, and equipment changes

Support cybersecurity practices, including monitoring and basic security checks

Maintain IT equipment inventory and track hardware replacements

Collaborate with team members on technology improvements and system upgrades

Requirements:

IT support or computer technician experience

Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues

Understanding of basic networking concepts

Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Google Workspace

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Education:

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Active Directory, Group Policy, and ticketing systems: 1 year (Preferred)
