Murphy Painters, Inc., a leading Florida-based painting company specialisinig in high-quality commercial and residential projects, is seeking a diligent and analytical Computer Systems Analyst to join our team. We are dedicated to delivering excellent service and craftsmanship, and we are looking for a professional to help optimise the technology systems that support our operations. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates residing in Utah or Tennessee, United States. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analysing our current systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance business efficiency and productivity.

The salary for this position is between $45.00 and $55.00 USD per hour, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

* Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of existing computer systems and business processes.
* Identify opportunities for system improvements, automation, and process optimisation to support business goals.
* Collaborate with management and staff to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Design, test, and implement new systems and software solutions.
* Provide technical support and training to end-users to ensure the smooth adoption of new technologies.
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems, including user guides and standard operating procedures.
* Manage data integrity and oversee the maintenance of company databases and information systems.
* Troubleshoot system errors and performance issues, working with vendors where necessary to resolve them.

Qualifications

* Proven experience working as a Systems Analyst, IT Analyst, or in a similar role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent understanding of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.
* Proficient in managing and configuring business applications such as CRM, project management, or ERP systems.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
* A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote environment.
* A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
* Experience supporting a small to medium-sized business in the service or construction industry would be an advantage.
