Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy computer teacher to lead the coordination, and day-to-day management of our digital lab. This role will play a pivotal part in establishing the lab infrastructure, maintaining digital systems and tools, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring seamless lab operations to support innovation, research, or education.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lab Setup & Infrastructure:

• Ensure all digital tools and platforms (e.g., AR/VR, AI software, 3D printers, etc.) are properly installed, licensed, and functional.

2. Operations Management:

• Manage daily operations of the digital lab to ensure availability and functionality of all equipment and systems.
• Schedule lab usage, coordinate bookings, and enforce lab usage policies.
• Perform regular system checks, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance.

3. Technical Support & Training:

• Provide first-level technical support to lab users (students, staff, researchers).
• Organize onboarding and training sessions on lab tools and safety procedures.
• Stay updated on emerging digital tools and recommend enhancements or upgrades.

4. Coordination & Communication:

• Serve as the point of contact for stakeholders including faculty, IT department, and external partners.
• Maintain clear records of lab usage, incidents, and inventory.
• Prepare regular reports on lab utilization, technical issues, and improvement needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience in lab management, IT coordination, or digital system operations.
• Familiarity with digital tools, lab hardware, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

· Computer skills, hardware and software skills

· Knowledge about vendors, digital equipment in your location

· Good communication and project execution skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
