Job Summary

• Maintain an organized curriculum aligned with educational standards and institutional goals, continuously updating content to incorporate emerging technologies.
• Provide individualized support to students, identifying their learning needs and offering guidance to help them succeed.
• Integrate modern educational tools such as educational software, coding platforms, and multimedia resources into lesson plans.
• Monitor student progress through regular evaluations, providing constructive feedback to foster improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects that enhance overall student learning experiences.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, respect, and active participation.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events to stay current with best practices in education technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education or a related field; university experience is highly preferred.
• Proven experience teaching computer science or related subjects at the school or university level.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software applications, programming languages, and digital literacy tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
• Demonstrated ability to create innovative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Passion for education and technology with a proactive approach to student engagement.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods based on student needs and technological advancements.
