Computer Teacher

Job Description:

As a Computer Teacher for Matric or Inter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping students' understanding and proficiency in computer science concepts and skills. You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, delivering interactive lectures, and fostering a supportive learning environment conducive to student growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum aligned with educational standards and tailored to the needs and abilities of students in grades 6-8.
• Deliver effective instruction using a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, demonstrations, hands-on activities, and multimedia presentations.
• Teach fundamental computer skills.
• Foster problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities by challenging students with real-world computing tasks and projects.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning, with clear expectations for behavior and participation.
• Assess student progress through quizzes, tests, projects, and assignments, providing timely and constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student learning, address individual needs, and participate in school-wide initiatives.
• Stay current with developments in computer science education, participate in professional development opportunities, and continuously refine teaching practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Prior teaching experience, preferably in a high Classes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Age must be almost 26 or more.
