Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Computer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in hardware/software troubleshooting, system maintenance, and network support. Candidates must have a transferable visa and be available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

- Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks.

- Provide technical support on-site or remotely.

- Maintain inventory of IT equipment.

- Support basic network and connectivity issues.

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a computer technician or similar role.

- Good knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and office applications.

- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
