Job Title: Laptop Chip-Level Service Engineer

Location: UAE
Experience: Minimum 4 years (UAE experience mandatory)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Laptop Chip-Level Service Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in advanced motherboard-level diagnostics and repairs. The candidate must be capable of handling complex hardware faults independently and maintaining high repair success rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform chip-level diagnosis and repair of laptop motherboards
• Identify and resolve power issues, no display, no charging, overheating, and short circuits
• Work on BGA ICs, BIOS programming, and component-level replacements
• Read and analyze schematics and board views
• Handle motherboard repairs for Windows and Apple MacBooks
• Use advanced tools such as hot air stations, microscopes, multimeters, and programmers
• Maintain repair quality, documentation, and ESD safety standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in laptop chip-level service
• UAE experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of Intel & AMD platforms
• Experience with MacBook motherboard repairs is a strong advantage
• Ability to diagnose independently without trial-and-error
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred Skills:

• BIOS flashing and firmware repair
• Experience with board view & schematic tools
• Familiarity with common laptop chipsets and power rails
