Computer Technician

Adapt Integrated Health Care is looking for a Computer Technician to join their team! This position works Monday-Friday.


The Computer Technician provides support to end users on a variety of issues. They will Identify, research, and resolve technical problems; respond to user submitted service tickets for technical support in the field and remotely; and document, track, and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be 21+ and possess a valid driver's license

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Respond to end user support requests
  • Manage work through ticketing system
  • Set up computers, desk phones, and accessories
  • Image computers for use with Staff
  • Install software as requested
  • Perform file retention on turned in equipment
  • Train staff in the use of equipment
