Computer Technician
Adapt Integrated Health Care is looking for a Computer Technician to join their team! This position works Monday-Friday.
The Computer Technician provides support to end users on a variety of issues. They will Identify, research, and resolve technical problems; respond to user submitted service tickets for technical support in the field and remotely; and document, track, and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 21+ and possess a valid driver's license
Primary Responsibilities:
- Respond to end user support requests
- Manage work through ticketing system
- Set up computers, desk phones, and accessories
- Image computers for use with Staff
- Install software as requested
- Perform file retention on turned in equipment
- Train staff in the use of equipment
