Computerized Embroidery Designer - Wilcom

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Computerized Embroidery Designer to create high-quality embroidery designs for garments, uniforms, abayas, accessories, and custom products. The candidate must be experienced with embroidery design software and understand stitch types, fabric behavior, and machine requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Create embroidery designs using software such as Wilcom, Tajima DG, or similar
• Convert artwork into embroidery-ready files (DST, PES, EMB, etc.)
• Make custom designs, logos, monograms, Dori, Sequence, Channels, and patterns as per customer requirements
• Adjust stitch settings, density, underlay, and thread colors for best results
• Work closely with embroidery machine operators to ensure accurate production
• Edit, modify, or improve existing embroidery files
• Test sample outputs and make corrections when required
• Maintain an organized library of embroidery designs and files
• Ensure design quality and meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in computerized embroidery design
• Strong knowledge of Wilcom, Tajima DG, or similar software
• Understanding of fabric types, stitch types, and embroidery techniques
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience with custom fashion or branding embroidery (preferred)
