Concept Architect - Residential

Our multidisciplinary team seamlessly integrates Architecture, Structures, MEP, Landscape, Interiors, and Supervision to deliver innovative, design-led, and value-driven real estate assets that define Dubai’s evolving skyline and lifestyle landscape.

As a Concept Architect, reporting to the Lead Concept Architect – Residential and based at our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards Office in Dubai, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architectural vision of AZIZI’s expanding portfolio of residential developments. This includes high-rise towers, luxury waterfront communities, and premium villa projects across Dubai. You will contribute to defining distinctive residential concepts that respond to market positioning, user experience, and commercial objectives, while aligning with Azizi’s brand identity and development strategy.

Responsibilities include

• Develop and present architectural concepts and designs through detailed 3D models and renderings.
• Utilize 3ds Max and other rendering software to create high-quality visualizations of interior and exterior spaces.
• Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and visual storytelling to effectively communicate ideas.
• Conduct research on materials, finishes, and construction techniques to ensure designs are both innovative and feasible.
• Ensure all deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in 3D modeling and architectural rendering.
• Proven experience as a Design Architect with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling and rendering work.
• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar rendering software.
• Strong knowledge of architectural principles, spatial design, and construction techniques.
• Proficiency in other design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Design Architect.
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical expertise.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and Rhino, with strong BIM knowledge.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex projects from concept through detailed design.
• Solid understanding of building systems, materials, and local codes.
• Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
