About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creatively driven Concept Artist with strong experience in storyboarding and visual development. This role is pivotal in shaping the visual narrative and art direction of our projects. The ideal candidate possesses a solid foundation in storytelling, cinematic composition, and the ability to visualize ideas from script to screen.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clear and engaging storyboards from scripts or verbal direction, ensuring accurate visual storytelling and pacing.
• Create high-quality concept art for characters, environments, and key visuals that define the project’s tone and aesthetic.
• Collaborate closely with directors, art leads, and creative teams to translate narratives and design briefs into compelling visual outputs.
• Maintain consistency in visual style and ensure alignment with the overall creative direction.
• Iterate quickly on ideas while maintaining a high level of artistic execution.
• Support pre-production and pitch materials with effective visuals and presentation boards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showcasing both storyboard sequences and concept art.
• Deep understanding of visual storytelling, camera language, perspective, and composition.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Photoshop, Storyboard Pro, Procreate, or equivalent).
• Ability to work from both detailed scripts and open-ended briefs.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
