REMOTE: N0 – IN OFFICE 4 DAYS A WEEK


Position Overview

The Conceptual Creative (Copywriter) is central to defining and executing the authentic voice of TACORI while driving the creative ideas that shape campaigns, content, and brand experiences. This role blends storytelling, brand strategy, and conceptual thinking — developing ideas that connect TACORI’s heritage of craftsmanship with innovation and modern cultural relevance.

Reporting to the Head of Brand & Creative, this person partners closely with the Art Director and broader creative team to concept and execute integrated campaigns across film, digital, social, and experiential platforms. They bring a strong advertising agency sensibility — combining concept, craft, and collaboration — and a curiosity for new tools (including AI) that can enhance creative thinking and optimize workflow.

This is a hands-on, high-impact creative role for someone who can move fluidly between big-picture campaign ideas and the precise, persuasive details of copywriting for a luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Ideation & Collaboration

  • Partner with the Art Director and Creative Team to concept campaign platforms, photoshoot narratives, social storytelling, and experiential activations.
  • Translate brand strategy and cultural insights into ideas that inspire emotion and action.
  • Participate in brainstorms and creative reviews, presenting and articulating ideas with clarity and conviction.
  • Explore and test emerging AI and creative tools to support ideation, productivity, and creative experimentation.

Brand Voice & Narrative Development

  • Lead the creation of emotional, aspirational narrative content and seasonal messaging for all major marketing campaigns (print, digital, video scripts).
  • Collaborate with the Head of Brand & Creative to maintain a unified, elevated, and consistent luxury tone across all platforms.
  • Write engaging, SEO-friendly product and collection descriptions that bring to life the craftsmanship, artistry, and details behind every piece.

Content Execution & Delivery

  • Write copy across website, product pages, collection storytelling, email marketing, paid and organic social, and editorial content.
  • Develop high-impact copy for print collateral, retailer materials, press releases, and in-store signage.
  • Manage content delivery timelines and revisions to ensure copy aligns with asset production and creative rollouts.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools to streamline content development, testing, and workflow optimization.

Editorial Excellence & Standards

  • Champion editorial excellence — ensuring every piece of copy is grammatically flawless, brand-appropriate, and legally sound.
  • Maintain and evolve brand voice guidelines across all channels.
  • Ensure all content adheres to current SEO best practices and digital content standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and PR teams to align creative storytelling with business goals.
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure copy and visuals work in harmony.
  • Facilitate copy reviews and approvals, managing feedback loops efficiently within the project workflow.

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Advertising Agency Experience: 3–5+ years in a creative agency or in-house team with an agency mindset — concepting integrated campaigns, social content, and brand storytelling.
  • Conceptual Thinking: Ability to originate bold, emotionally resonant ideas that translate seamlessly across multiple platforms and formats.
  • Luxury Brand Storytelling: Skilled at turning technical or product details into aspirational, human narratives that connect emotionally with audiences.
  • Editorial Mastery: Flawless command of grammar, tone, and structure, with a keen eye for detail and rhythm.
  • Digital Content Expertise: Experience writing for SEO, e-commerce, and performance marketing channels (social ads, CRM, and digital storytelling).
  • Creative Curiosity & Innovation: Genuine interest in exploring AI and emerging creative technologies to enhance ideation, content creation, and workflow efficiency.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable shifting between high-level creative ideation and tactical execution in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Presentation Skills: Confident communicator, able to present creative concepts persuasively to internal teams and stakeholders.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS) and SEO keyword tools.
  • Experience using Project Management Software (Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
  • Working knowledge of digital asset management (DAM) systems and file-naming conventions.
  • Familiarity or willingness to learn AI-assisted creative tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, GrammarlyGO, etc.).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
