Concession Stand Assistant Manager (Spring/Summer 2026)

Job Overview
The Plover Whiting Youth Athletics Concession stand at the Woyak Sports Complex is considered the best concession stand in the state of Wisconsin. We serve over 1200 local athletes in the Spring, Summer and Fall, as well as over 350 teams in our 6 weekend tournaments. PWYA is looking to add a Concession Stand Assistant Manager to the team.

Requirements: Must be at least 18 to work in the concession stand. 18+ required to serve malt beverages and obtain bartenders license.

Responsibilities: include but are not limited to: helping manage a staff of around 20 employees, help with ordering and inventory of product, in charge of opening and closing of the stand, taking and fulfilling orders, preparing and serving food and beverages, stocking food and supplies for daily operation, dishwashing, cleaning.

Hours: Primarily the concession stand is open 4:00p-10:00p(close), M-Th from May through July. There are High School Baseball and Softball games in April and May and 6 weekend tournaments in May, June, July and September. Tournament schedule will vary from 7:00a-10:00p(close) Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with one Thursday tournament day.

Wages: Pay rate is hourly paid bi-weekly.
