Location: The Pool and Pavilion at Country Lakes Party Center

Job Type: [Part-Time / Seasonal ]

Compensation: starting at $14 + tip

Schedule: daily: 11:45 am - 5:30 pm (week-ends included)

Must be over 21

Food and Beverage Experience is a plus

Job Summary:

We are seeking friendly, reliable, and energetic individuals to join our team as Concession Stand Workers. You will be the face of our concessions, providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work area during events or pool hours.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet guests warmly and provide fast, courteous service

· Take food and beverage orders accurately and operate a cash register or POS system

· Prepare and serve snacks, beverages, and simple food items

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession stand, including wiping down counters, restocking supplies, and taking out trash

· Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards

· Handle customer questions, complaints, or issues in a friendly and efficient manner

· Assist with opening and closing duties, including inventory checks and cleaning

· Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Qualifications:

· Must be at least 21 years old

· Prior customer service or food and bar service experience is a plus

· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays

· Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

· Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

· Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Work Environment:

· Outdoor/indoor setting

· Interaction with guests of all ages
