Concession Trailer Worker

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of set up and tear down
• Must have your own transportation and be willing to travel around central PA
• Mix dough and sticky ingredients
• Dump and box buns
• Make coffee, frappes, specialty drinks
• Take out garbage, sweep and mop floor and wash dishes
• Stock utensils, napkins and outside drinks in cooler
• Provide friendly, prompt customer service by taking orders and answering questions.
• Friendly and courteous to coworkers and customers
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the concession area, including food handling.
• Manage cash handling duties with accuracy, including knowledge of all items being sold, adding up orders and giving proper change without using a calculator, and processing credit cards.
• Use basic serv safe knowledge: Know when to wash your hands and when to use food service gloves
• Properly sanitize dishes and surfaces for food prep and service
• Qualifications
• Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrate ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Basic math skills for cash transactions, retail math understanding, and quick calculations are necessary.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
