About the role

Our team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is seeking a personable, dynamic, and knowledgeable Concierge to join our Guest Services team. The Concierge is an “impression maker” who embodies the Bardo brand and delivers thoughtful, anticipatory service at every guest touchpoint. The ideal candidate is confident, resourceful, and passionate about creating highly curated, memorable experiences for our guests through genuine connection and local expertise.


What you'll do

  • Serve as a key point of contact for guest inquiries, providing personalized recommendations, coordinating reservations, and fulfilling both everyday and special requests
  • Maintain a strong, up-to-date knowledge of local dining, events, and experiences to offer thoughtful, tailored recommendations
  • Build rapport with guests to understand their preferences and create meaningful, memorable stays
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local partners and vendors
  • Uphold Bardo’s service standards through attention to detail, professionalism, and a proactive approach to guest needs
  • Partner with Guest Services and other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of guest experiences


Qualifications

  • Previous hospitality experience in a luxury or lifestyle environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with guests
  • A passion for local culture, dining, and experiences, with the ability to translate that knowledge into personalized recommendations
  • Ability to remain composed, adaptable, and solutions-oriented when handling guest requests
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
