Concierge

Vinson Hall Retirement Community (VHRC), a premier Continuing Care Retirement Community, located in beautiful McLean, VA is currently seeking an energetic team player to join our team as a Concierge.

Responsibilities include:

1. Answering and routing incoming telephone calls, taking and delivering messages in a timely fashion.
2. Greeting and assisting visitors, guests, vendors, and residents in a courteous and helpful manner.
3. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, ordering office supplies, maintaining fax machine, copier, and postage meter.
4. Assists with the coordination of transportation and concierge services.

Schedule: Full-time/ including weekends
