CONCIERGE POSITION SUMMARY

The Sanctuary Golf & Social Club

COMPANY OVERVIEW

THE CLUB

The Sanctuary Golf & Social Club is a private membership club built around something most places are unable to manufacture: genuine connection.

Our space includes golf suites, private meeting rooms, a member lounge, and a full bar and dining program. Members don’t just drop in. They spend their days here. They take meetings, work from the lounge, bring clients, gather with friends, and treat The Sanctuary the way people once treated the best private clubs as the place that makes the rest of life run better.

What holds all of that together is not the amenities. It is the relationships. The reason members renew, refer, and keep coming back is because the people here know them and genuinely care.

ROLE OVERVIEW

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As Concierge, you are the front door of The Sanctuary.

You are the first interaction, the ongoing point of connection, and often the last impression when someone leaves. This role is not administrative. It is operational, relational, and revenue-impacting.

You guide the day for members and guests. You remove friction. You anticipate needs. You make the club feel effortless.

You are part host, part coordinator, part problem solver, and fully accountable for how the club feels the moment someone walks in.

What you are not responsible for:
You are not the owner of membership sales, events, or food and beverage operations. You support all of them and help them win.

ROLE OVERVIEW

WHO YOU ARE

The right person for this role understands that small moments create everything.

You notice when someone walks in and seems new. You remember names. You anticipate questions before they are asked.

You are naturally organized, but more importantly, you are aware. You read people well. You move quickly without feeling rushed. You communicate clearly and make things feel easy.

You do not wait to be told what to do. You step in, solve problems, and connect dots across the club.

You understand that this role is not just service. It directly impacts revenue, retention, and the overall experience.

You take pride in being the person that makes everything work.

ROLE OVERVIEW

YOU BRING

  • 1 to 3+ years of experience in hospitality, front desk, concierge, or guest services
  • Strong communication skills in person, phone, and written
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
  • Comfort with systems and technology including scheduling and CRM style tools
  • A natural instinct for hospitality and making people feel taken care of
  • High ownership mentality and follow through
  • Experience in a private club, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is a plus

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

A year from now, nothing falls through the cracks.

Every guest is captured. Every lead is followed up. Members feel known the moment they walk in.

Dining reservations are full. To go programs are utilized. Retail is moving. Events are flowing. Membership tours are happening.

The team trusts you because things are handled. Members trust you because things are easy.

And most importantly, the club feels better when you are there.

THE SANCTUARY

WHY THIS, WHY NOW

The Sanctuary is a proven concept with a membership that is deeply loyal and ownership is now executing a major expansion into new markets.

The people who come in now will help define what The Sanctuary looks and feels like as it grows.

This is not a corporate front desk role. This is a position that sits at the center of the experience and has real impact on the business.
