Concierge

Opportunity to serve and help others! Advena Living is looking for the right person to share a smile and provide excellent hospitality to our residents and visitors alike.

The Concierge will provide administrative support in the areas of human resources, accounts receivable and accounts payable. This individual will handle various tasks such as assisting with maintaining employee records, orientation coordinator, and managing accounts payable data entry. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, multi-tasker with excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Experience:

  • Personnel Records Management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Multi-line phone systems: 1 year (Preferred)
