Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and proactive Concierge to join our team at The Townhouses The Pearl under Scout Facility Management. The ideal candidate will be an Arabic speaker with hospitality experience, committed to delivering exceptional guest services.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures.

Provide information about the property, services, and local attractions.

Coordinate guest requests and ensure prompt resolution of issues.

Arrange transportation, reservations, and other concierge services.

Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and professionalism at all times.

Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken); English is a plus.

Previous hospitality experience preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Flexible with shifts and available to start immediately.
