Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized assistance to guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay
• Arrange restaurant reservations, luxury experiences, private tours, transportation, and exclusive bookings
• Offer expert recommendations on Dubai's fine dining, shopping, entertainment, and cultural attractions
• Handle VIP and high-profile guests with professionalism and confidentiality
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet and exceed guest expectations
• Maintain strong relationships with premium service providers and vendors across Dubai
• Manage special requests including last minute arrangements and bespoke experiences
• Address guest concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or high end hospitality environment preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's lifestyle, attractions, and luxury services
• Well groomed, presentable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are an advantage)
