ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a rare opportunity to help build a pediatric practice from the ground up alongside a pioneering Pediatrician renowned for her thoughtful, functional approach to pediatric care. As an in-person extension of our hybrid Pediatrician at The Lanby’s Upper East Side office (63rd & Park), the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner will deliver acute care to members ranging from newborn through age 18, five days a week, while supporting asynchronous messaging, panel management, and the clinical inbox—playing a foundational role in shaping a new kind of pediatric experience.
YOU WILL
- Provide in-person acute and urgent visits for pediatric members (newborn through 18) five days a week at our UES office (63rd & Park), including exams, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and subacute concerns.
- Administer vaccines and perform point-of-care testing.
- Serve as an in-person extension of our hybrid Pediatrician, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
- Triage and respond to member messages via our app with sound clinical judgment, in close coordination with the Pediatrician.
- Manage the pediatric clinical inbox (labs, refills, referrals, follow-ups) and support panel management, keeping members current on well visits, immunizations, and screenings.
- Document clinical reasoning and visit outcomes in the EHR, and coordinate referrals and diagnostics into clear next steps for families.
- Collaborate with the Pediatrician and Care Team to develop personalized care plans, and educate parents and caregivers along the way.
- Bonus: see adult members for in-person acute, family medicine visits as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- 5+ years of clinical experience in Pediatrics, or trained in Family Medicine with significant pediatric experience
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (PNP or FNP)
- Active NY NP licensure
- Current BLS and PALS certification
- Available to work in-person at our UES office, five days a week (8:30am–5:00pm, M–F)
Bonus (Not Required):
- Family Medicine training/experience, with the ability to see adult members for acute care visits
- Experience or previous training in Functional or Integrative Medicine
- Experience in a concierge medicine setting
TIMELINE & COMPENSATION
Start Date: August-September 2026
Base Salary: $140k-$160k
Office Hours: 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday, in-person at our UES office. This is a salaried (non-hourly) role with no evening, weekend, or on-call coverage.
