Concierge physician – in-home detox oversight, ( telehealth/part-time/contract)

Job Summary

We are seeking licensed physicians to join our team in a remote, telehealth-only role. You will conduct virtual consultations, prescribe detox medications, and provide oversight for our in-home nursing staff.

What You'll Do

• Conduct virtual pre-detox consults with new patients • Prescribe appropriate detox medications (e.g.,

Librium, Suboxone) • Supervise in-home registered nurses during detox protocols • Remain on-call

during active detox periods for clinical oversight • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation

What We're Looking For

• Active medical license in at least one U.S. state (multi-state licensure preferred) • DEA X-waiver /

experience with MAT or detox prescribing (preferred) • Comfort with telehealth platforms and remote

patient care • Prior experience in addiction medicine, internal medicine, or emergency care preferred •

Strong interpersonal skills and professional discretion • Ability to work with affluent, privacy-focused

clientele

• Schedule: Flexible; consults by appointment only • Employment Type: 1099 contractor (per diem) •

Location: Fully remote (U.S. license required) • Compensation: Flat fee per patient (discussed during interview)
