Job Description:

• Good telephone skills [Required]
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, a positive demeanor, and enthusiasm combined with a desire to serve are essential [Required]
• Diplomacy, tact and demonstrated good judgment are [Required]

Education:

• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
• Associate's [Preferred]

Field of Study:

• in Hospitality

Work Experience:

• 1+ hospitality, hotel guest services or hospital setting [Required]
• 2+ years related work experience as a concierge or guest service representative in a hotel or large institution [Preferred]
• 2+ years customer service experience in a related role required, preferably an acute care setting [Preferred]

Additional Information:

• Concierge training/certification or equivalent [Preferred]
