Concierge Weekend Only 1st shift (ALP)

If you are retired, college student or just looking to work part-time this may be the perfect position. This will be a slow pace position and you will love working with our seniors.

Arbor Landing at Pawleys is seeking to hire a part-time (every Saturday and Sunday with variable hours) Concierge for our beautiful Senior Living Community located in Pawleys Island, SC.

Duties & Responsibilities

Customer Service

~Answer incoming calls, both internally and externally, in a warm, pleasant and professional manner.

~Respond to all calls following proper telephone etiquette and taking detailed messages when appropriate.

~Ensure that messages are relayed promptly to the intended person.

~Greet all visitors, residents, family members and employees in a warm and helpful manner.

~Ensure that the reception areas are clean, neat and inviting.

~Offer refreshments to visitors and make them feel welcome and comfortable.

Administrative

~Assist the Community Relations Director in handling inquiries as necessary.

~Assemble residence brochure packets and mail as requested.

~Assist the Executive Director and/or other departments with additional administrative duties as assigned.
