Concierge/Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests/residents in a courteous and professional manner
  • Handle inquiries regarding facilities, services, and local information
  • Arrange transportation, bookings, reservations, and appointments
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers
  • Manage guest requests such as housekeeping, maintenance, and special services
  • Handle complaints efficiently and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain records of requests and services provided
  • Ensure the lobby/reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
  • Provide support during emergencies and follow safety procedures

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality qualification preferred)
  • Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or concierge role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of local area, services, and attractions (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills

  • Time management and attention to detail
  • Multilingual skills (preferred)

Working Conditions:

  • Shift-based role, including weekends and holidays
  • May require standing for extended periods
