Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests/residents in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle inquiries regarding facilities, services, and local information
- Arrange transportation, bookings, reservations, and appointments
- Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers
- Manage guest requests such as housekeeping, maintenance, and special services
- Handle complaints efficiently and escalate when necessary
- Maintain records of requests and services provided
- Ensure the lobby/reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
- Provide support during emergencies and follow safety procedures
Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality qualification preferred)
- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or concierge role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of local area, services, and attractions (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
