Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional service and support to residents and guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist with resident inquiries, requests, and appointments
- Coordinate and manage resident events and activities
- Maintain organized records and files
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and assist with data entry tasks
- Assist with office management duties as required
- Provide administrative support to the facility management team
Experience:
The successful candidate should have:
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in administrative tasks
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Computer literacy, including MS Office Suite
- Clerical experience is preferred
- Ability to manage calendars efficiently
- Proficient in data entry
