Thank you so much for showing interest in joining the Blue Steel team. We truly believe we have the best of the best here! We are looking to fill our concierge position ,This would be for a location in North Scottsdale acting as a high-profile Concierge for a high end apartment community.

We currently have one schedule to fill :

Saturday 9am-5pm Optima Kierland

Sunday 9am -5pm Optima Kierland / Optima McDowell 5pm- 9am.

We are looking for a candidate who has a GREAT personality, happy to welcome and interact with guests, takes pride in their work and getting to know the people on the community they are assigned .

Someone who shows up on time and eager to get started each day .With all that in mind, we would like to invite you to come to our office for an interview. Unlike the majority of positions this does not require a guard card .Reliability is must .

Concierge Duties & Tasks ConciergeAs the Concierge, we require an experienced professional concierge to take over resident services. Understanding the value of excellent customer service, one would experience at a Ritz Carlton is our expectation. Support the nightly workflow of the front desks on the management floor

• Greets prospective residents, residents and guests
• Assist prospective residents, resident and guests with all their questions and needs upon walking in, or any means of communication.
• Assist current resident with Tech and app issues
• Customer Service

· In all duties assigned, uphold the Optima Core Values.· Treat team members, residents, vendors and guests at Optima with stellar customer service· Treat people with respect, and do what you say you will do· Help the team achieve and maintain a resident satisfaction score of 4. or higher· Help the team achieve and maintain on-line reputation at 4* or higher· Help the team achieve and maintain retention at 55% or greater· Assist in the team obtaining 8 new online positive reviews monthly.· Random Acts of kindness· Phone· Answer phones as needed· Identify and assist caller and transfer if necessary· Schedule appointments as necessary Package Service

• Manage the daily audit of delivered packages with leasing team
• Mark and organize all packages with last name & unit numbers throughout each day

· Ensure proper procedures are followed by the delivery drivers· Maintain the updating of the Luxor program ·Hand deliver all packages that are under 50lbs to residents’ homes within 24 hours of delivery· Leave a note in each home that had a packaged delivered Maintain spreadsheet with authorization for in home package delivery· Communicate via email or text when package is delivered Creating Community· Assists in developing and publishing property community for residents to inform them of planned events, activities, information, resident services and advertisements as requested.· Monitor all sites in community for resident information postings· Maintains tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, watering plants and/or other services provided by the property· Promotes these services and advises residents on how to utilize all services· Build relationships within the Scottsdale area to further develop our Optima Connect partners and being able to assist in recommendations that residents request Guest Suite Schedule· Assist residents in securing the guests suites as needed· Check in’s out for guest suite Virtual Concierge Program-· Have thorough knowledge of the program and be able to train residents and employees· Make entries of expired and new MI for the program· Continue to promote the benefit of this service and introduce new ways to do so Move-Out & Move-In Reservations and Scheduling· Schedule elevators· Schedule Round a Bout· Schedule loading dock Assist with - parking and storage

• Manage guest parking and overnight permit program
• Coordinate all storage rentals
• Tag and monitor vehicles for appropriate parking

Resident engagement relating to

• Assist with completion of Survey call backs-emails-texts
• Respond as needed to residents and prospects request for contact

Uniform You will be required to provide your own pants, shoes and shirt .Appropriate pants: black dress pants only. (no jeans, no work out pants, no spandex, no capris)Appropriate shirts: black or grey button up shirt. Appropriate shoes: dress shoes(Tie is optional) A Concierge / Blue Steel Black vest will be provided for you and kept on site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
