Concrete Coating Installer/Lead Installer

Floor Shield (a Rhino Shield Company) is growing fast, and we are looking for motivated installers to join our team. Backed by the strength and reputation of the Rhino Shield brand, we are expanding our concrete coatings division and looking for dependable professionals who want to earn great money and grow with a market leader.

Our Installers average $20–$50 per hour, with annual earnings typically between $90,000 and $125,000. If you are hardworking, coachable, detail-oriented, and take pride in doing the job right, we want to talk with you.

Job Requirements Live within commuting distance of Jacksonville, FL

· Valid Driver’s License

· Clean driving record and current insurance

· Full-size truck in presentable condition

· Minimum 7,500 lb towing capacity

· Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly

· Ability to work in outdoor conditions

· Comfortable working with tools, grinders, vacuums, and generators

· Ability to follow installation procedures and product mixing ratios

Preferred Experience

· Trailer towing

· CDL ( Not Required)

· Construction or painting background

· Epoxy / concrete coating experience

· Diamond grinding

· Hand tool experience
