Requirements

• You are expected to be proficient at one of more of the following: concrete flatwork finish or poured wall basement install
• You have to be able to learn and develop skills in various trades
• We need someone who can work really hard alone and with the crew
• You must be awesome to work here
• You cannot be a wuss and work here
• Reliable transportation is required. We work at many different locations
