As a dispatcher for On-Demand Concrete you will be the point of contact for our 24 volumetric truck operators and new/existing customers. You will coordinate jobs mainly along the front range with jobs in the mountains, extending throughout the midwestern region. Communications will be through our crew messaging app, phone calls, and email. Reporting to our Loveland office is required.

Shift

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Saturdays Occasionally Required 6am-Noon.

DUTIES

*Scheduling trucks on starting jobs and coordinating following jobs once each is complete for the shift

*Scheduling customers for future deliveries throughout week.

*Coordinating specialty jobs that require material to be delivered from our hauling division for load on-site jobs.

*Communicating with customers and drivers on anticipated start/end times

*Scheduling next day’s starting jobs to all operators at the end of the shift.

*Coordinating truck maintenance or issues that arise while also completing schedule on time.

*Verify the status of customer accounts prior to taking orders.

*Communicate w/ accounting team where applicable.

SKILLS NEEDED

*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-Task

*Customer Service Oriented

*Ability to take down orders accurately and input into google calendar

*Ability to use 2 computer screens on a desktop to schedule and monitor trucks

*Ability to utilize basic functions on Microsoft programs

*Ability to type accurately and efficiently

*Ability to use a smart phone for apps and communication

*Knowledge of concrete is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person

*Team oriented individual w/ a positive attitude.

EXPERIENCE

2+ years of dispatching preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
