Concrete & Earthwork Laborers

Overview
We are seeking hard working people with concrete and earthwork experience to join our crew. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both earthwork and concrete. This role requires a commitment to safety and efficiency while working on commercial construction sites.

Certifications:

• OSHA 10
• Valid drivers license
• Reliable transportation

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of earthwork and concrete experience
• Strong work ethic, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work outdoors and lift 50+ lbs
• Must be dependable and productive throughout each workday
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation

Wage & Benefit Package:

• Hourly wage - $36.12
• Benefit Package - $25.55
• Total hourly package - $60.46 per hour
• July 1st 2026, the hourly wage increaes to: $42.66
• July 1st 2026, the benefit package increases to: $26.40
