Pay: $30-$40 per hour DOE

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Location: Various job sites across Utah

Description:

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Concrete & Equipment Operator to join our team. This position involves operating heavy machinery, managing concrete forming, pouring, and finishing work, and supporting small crews on a variety of construction projects. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable interfacing with clients on-site.

Responsibilities

-Manage and perform concrete forming, pouring, and finishing (custom forming experience required; Symons & plywood systems).

-Safely and efficiently operate excavation equipment, including excavators and loaders.

-Oversee job site setup, clean-up, and crew support as needed.

-Maintain clear daily progress reports with photos.

-Interact professionally with customers and ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications

-Proven experience operating excavation and concrete equipment.

-Strong knowledge of all aspects of concrete work.

-Ability to manage forming systems (Symons, plywood, or equivalent).

-Dependable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in all conditions.

-Strong communication and leadership skills.
