Concrete Finisher

```Job Overview```
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete surfaces. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

```Duties```
- Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning and setting forms
- Pour and spread concrete using various tools and techniques
- Level and smooth the surface using trowels, screeds, and floats
- Apply finishing techniques such as stamping, staining, or polishing
- Repair and restore damaged concrete surfaces
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project success

```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting construction plans
- Knowledge of frame carpentry and trim carpentry techniques
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely
- Basic welding skills for minor repairs
- Valid driver's license for commercial driving purposes (preferred)
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
