Concrete Finisher

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of concrete work, including finishing, pouring, and setting concrete for a variety of projects. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment while ensuring high-quality results.

Duties

• Prepare surfaces for concrete pouring by leveling and compacting the ground.
• Operate concrete mixers and other power tools to mix and pour concrete.
• Finish surfaces using hand tools and power tools to achieve desired textures and finishes.
• Read blueprints and specifications to determine project requirements and dimensions.
• Apply caulking and stucco as needed for sealing joints and enhancing aesthetics.
• Assist in heavy lifting tasks, including moving materials and equipment on-site.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while meeting quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of concrete pumping techniques is a plus.
• Familiarity with drywall installation is advantageous.
• Ability to read blueprints accurately is essential.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction tools and equipment.
• Experience with commercial driving is beneficial for transporting materials when necessary.
• Must be physically fit, capable of heavy lifting, and able to stand for extended periods.
• A commitment to safety practices on the job site is required.
