The Role

We are currently seeking experienced Concrete Finishers and Skilled Laborers who aren't afraid of a hard day's work and take pride in a beautifully finished project. Whether you are an expert at finishing flatwork, have experience laying block, or know your way around an excavator, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Concrete Flatwork: Set forms, pour, spread, smooth, and finish concrete for driveways, sidewalks, and commercial parking lots.
• Masonry & Hardscaping: Assist in building high-quality block walls, brick structures, and retaining walls.
• Site Preparation: Assist with land clearing, grading, and excavation projects to prepare sites for new construction.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate heavy machinery (such as skid steers and mini-excavators) and utilize power tools, hand tools, and concrete finishing equipment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the crew foreman and team members to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
• Site Maintenance: Keep the job site clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Proven experience in concrete finishing, flatwork, or general construction labor. (Experience in masonry or heavy equipment operation is a huge plus!)
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform demanding physical labor in various weather conditions—lifting heavy materials, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliability & Flexibility: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliable transportation. Because we go where the work is, a willingness to travel to various job sites as necessary is required.
• Team Player: Good communication skills and a positive attitude. You thrive in a crew environment and are always willing to lend a hand.
• Safety First: A strong commitment to workplace safety and following standard operating procedures.
