Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Concrete Finisher/carpenter & laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various concrete finishing techniques and a strong understanding of construction processes. This role involves working on-site to ensure that concrete surfaces are finished to the highest standards, contributing to the overall quality and durability of our projects. Duties

• Prepare and set up forms for concrete pouring, ensuring they are level and secure. Pour concrete according to specifications.
• Finish surfaces using hand tools and power tools to achieve a smooth finish.
• Apply sealants, caulking, and other materials as needed to protect concrete surfaces.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment used in concrete finishing.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate power tools effectively.
• Familiarity with concrete forming techniques and heavy equipment operation.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to safety practices on the job site.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
