Overview
Landmark Services of Southwest Florida has been serving the Southwest Florida region for 20 years and we are growing exponentially. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Concrete Foreman to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction management practices. As a Concrete Foreman, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while adhering to safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and laborers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality control, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
• Oversee project scheduling using tools such as Primavera to ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Collaborate with project managers on budgeting and construction estimating to maintain financial oversight of projects.
• Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities, including reports on work progress, materials used, and any incidents or delays.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies to promote a safe working environment.
• Utilize HCSS and ProCore for project management tasks, including tracking schedules, budgets, and communications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in heavy civil concrete construction and project management.
• Strong knowledge of contract management principles and practices.
• Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
• Familiar with quality control processes in construction settings.
• Proficient in construction estimating techniques and budgeting practices.
• Experience using project management software such as HCSS, ProCore and Primavera is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on collaboration and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Must have a clean Driving Record.
