Position Overview
-Precision Concrete Construction is seeking an experienced Lead Foreman to oversee and manage our concrete basement wall crew.
-This is a leadership role for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and can efficiently manage projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
-Lead and manage a concrete crew on residential basement wall projects
-Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
-Ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards
-Coordinate daily tasks and maximize crew productivity
-Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
-Communicate with management regarding progress and job needs

Qualifications
-Proven experience in concrete work. Specifically in Basement walls/ Foundations/ Aluminum forming
-Previous leadership or foreman experience required
-Strong work ethic and reliability
-Ability to manage a crew and keep projects on schedule
-Valid driver’s license
