MPW Infrastructure Group is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead field crews on DOT and heavy civil infrastructure projects including bridges, retaining walls, box culverts, and structural concrete work.

This is a working foreman position responsible for crew leadership, production, safety, and quality control in fast-paced highway environments.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and coordinate crews performing structural concrete and highway work

· Lead bridge construction, abutments, piers, decks, retaining walls, and formwork operations

· Read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and DOT specifications

· Plan daily work activities and manage manpower, equipment, and materials

· Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and DOT regulations

· Coordinate with superintendents, inspectors, subcontractors, and project managers

· Maintain production schedules and meet project deadlines

· Complete daily reports and track quantities installed

Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience in heavy civil or highway construction

· 2+ years in a foreman or lead role preferred

· Strong background in structural concrete and bridge work

· Experience working on DOT/state-funded projects

· Ability to read plans and layout work independently

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Valid driver’s license required

Preferred

· OSHA 30

· Experience with MOT/traffic control

· Experience operating heavy equipment (if applicable)

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
