Supervise and lead concrete crews in all aspects of foundation work, including footings, slabs, walls, and structural pours.

Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work.

Plan daily work activities, assign tasks, and monitor crew productivity.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Field Service Managers, and other trades on-site to ensure smooth workflow.

Oversee site preparation, layout, forming, rebar placement, and concrete placement/finishing.

Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards.

Enforce safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company safety policies at all times.

Ensure proper use, care, and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.

Identify and resolve field issues, delays, or material shortages as they arise.

Maintain accurate daily reports, timekeeping, and progress updates.

Assist with training and mentoring crew members to enhance skills and performance.

Work to keep projects on schedule and within defined scope.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

510+ years of experience in concrete construction, with a strong focus on foundations.

25+ years of supervisory or foreman experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of concrete forming systems, rebar placement, finishing techniques, and curing methods.

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and layout requirements.

OSHA certification or strong knowledge of job site safety practices preferred.

Experience operating or overseeing equipment such as skid steers, lifts, or concrete tools preferred.
