What You’ll Do

• Install interior waterproofing systems

• Assist with egress window installations

• Perform demolition, digging, hauling, and cleanup

• Operate basic tools and equipment

• Maintain a clean and safe job site

• Interact professionally with homeowners

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and reliability (this is non-negotiable)

• Ability to handle physical, hands-on work in all conditions

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Team player who takes pride in their work

• Valid driver’s license preferred

Experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person.
