Concrete Laborer

Wiegman Concrete Company is hiring a full time Construction Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position where you will learn valuable trade skills and work on a variety of construction projects, including (but not limited to): equipment operation, framing, excavation, asphalt work, concrete prep, concrete finishing, and more.We are looking for motivated, reliable, hard working individuals who are comfortable working outdoors year-round and who have prior construction or concrete experience. We are willing to train, but some experience is needed.

Requirements:

-Must have a current, valid driver's license

-Must be able to safely drive and operate pickups and pulling trailers of varying sizes to and from job sites

-Must have reliable personal transportation to and from the office and job sites (carpooling and getting dropped off and picked up is not available due to varying start/end times)

-Must have your own cell phone for communication

-Must be dependable, punctual, and clear of the law for at least 3 years

-Ability to perform physical labor and work outside in varying weather conditions

-Must be able to smile and have fun :)

Pay:

Wages are based on experience and will be discussed during the interview
