Concrete & Landscape Crew Member / Finisher

NWI is looking to add an experienced Concrete Flatwork Crew Member / Finisher to our growing landscape and outdoor construction division.

We are looking for someone who is proficient in all phases of flatwork prep and finishing and takes pride in quality workmanship. This position will work on a variety of residential and commercial outdoor projects.

Position Type

• Part-Time

Pay

$28–$35/hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Prep, form, pour, and finish concrete flatwork
• Driveways
• Sidewalks & walkways
• Patios
• Garage slabs
• Site prep and grading
• Operate skid loaders and related equipment
• Work alongside landscape and outdoor construction crews
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional jobsites
• Communicate well with crew leaders and team members

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in all phases of concrete flatwork prep and finishing
• Skid loader experience preferred
• Class A CDL preferred
• Landscape or outdoor construction experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Team player who wants to grow with a fast-paced company
