We are growing and looking for a skilled, dependable concrete professional to join our team.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Patcher with strong skills in concrete surface finishing and concrete-related form work. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality craftsmanship, can work independently on a job site, and has a solid understanding of concrete materials and methods. This is a hands-on, full-time field position.

Key Responsibilities

Concrete Patching & Finishing:

• Patch, repair, and resurface concrete floors, walls, slabs, driveways, and sidewalks
• Apply and finish concrete overlays, toppings, and repair mortars
• Operate grinding, scarifying, and surface-prep equipment
• Match texture and finish of existing concrete surfaces
• Seal and protect finished concrete surfaces

Concrete Finishing:

• Hand-finish and machine-finish concrete flatwork including slabs, floors, and driveways
• Apply broom, trowel, exposed aggregate, and decorative surface finishes
• Float, edge, and groove concrete to specified profiles and tolerances
• Apply curing compounds, sealers, and surface hardeners
• Match existing concrete textures and finishes on repair and patch work

Concrete Form Work:

• Build, set, and strip concrete forms for slabs, footings, walls, and steps
• Install and adjust form hardware including ties, braces, and stakes
• Ensure forms are plumb, level, and properly braced before pours
• Read and follow blueprints and work orders for form layout and dimensions
• Perform concrete placement support including screeding and consolidation

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in concrete patching, finishing, and/or form work
• Solid knowledge of concrete materials, mix designs, and curing methods
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and concrete finishing equipment safely
• Strong eye for detail and quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with decorative concrete or specialty coatings
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
• Prior experience in renovation or restoration work
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Silica Hazard Awareness Certificate
